Nvidia Brings AI Agents Closer to Everyday PCs
Nvidia unveiled a new chip, the RTX Spark, and partnered with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, ASUS, and others to run AI agents directly on personal computers rather than through the cloud, with CEO Jensen Huang describing the vision as "you ask, and the PC does the work."

Anthropic's Fable 5 and Mythos 5 Trigger a Safety Standoff
Anthropic launched its most powerful models yet: Fable 5 (generally available) and Mythos 5 (restricted to trusted access via Project Glasswing) on June 9. Between June 9 and 12, Amazon researchers found a jailbreak in Fable 5 and flagged it to federal officials, and by the evening of June 12 the government issued an emergency export control directive ordering Anthropic to suspend access for all foreign nationals.
